We're already under contract with another cleaner. Can we still do this?
Usually, yes. Most commercial cleaning agreements have a notice period rather than a hard lock-in, often 30 days. Tell us what you current arrangement is at the walkthrough and we'll work around the dates. We're not going to ask you to breach an agreement
What if a clean isn't up to standard
Tell your account manage and we return and rectify it within 24 hours. That's the point of having a written Scope of Works - it's the measurable standard both of us agreed to, so there's no argument about what "clean"means.
What happens after the free month?
You go onto the fixed monthly price you were quoted before we started, and nothing about it changes, same crew, same scope, same schedule. There's no jump in price after the free period and no introductory rate that quietly expires. You'll have known the ongoing figure since day one.
What exactly gets cleaned?
That's what the scope of works is for. Typically: kitchen surfaces and equipment exteriors, degreasing, floors, cool room, bathrooms, dining areas, bar, waste areas and back dock. Canopy and exhaust cleaning, high-pressure washing and window work can be added. We build the scope around your venue, then we clean to it.
Can you supply consumables - paper, soap, bin liners?
Yes we can supply all consumables if you prefer to go through one supplier.
